How do I send payment, the shopping cart does not work!"

In order to save eCommerce fees, we elected not to use the website builder for the shopping cart. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Please go to : www.paypal.com Click Send Money. Please mark it as to "FRIENDS & FAMILY" so neither of us pay a service fee ! Enter email address: info@carveengraving.com of where to send the funds. Note: The larger tiles (anything larger than 6"x6" size) the shipping is NOT included and must be calculated before final payment. Thank you !
What types of products can you engrave on?

We engrave on (specially glazed) tiles in 4.25", 6" and 3" x 6" Wood (typically hardwoods like maple, birch, alder etc...) Leather in lighter nagahide color. In late September 2019, we will have 6" x 7" black aluminum sheets to engrave on also !
If the photo is low resolution, can the laser improve the clarity?"

Unfortunately, no. We can slightly increase the dpi, but the laser engraves what it sees. If the picture is dark, low resolution or grainy, the engraving does not come out crisp and detailed. However, most photo's taken on a today's smart phones are 96 dpi and will most often work fine. To check your photo's dpi, simply right click on the photo, select "properties" and it will state the dpi. Email your photo's to : info@carveengraving.com
How long does it take?

Usually, we can get your product done within a few days and we ship two-day air so you can have your engraving in less than a week.
Do you ship outside of the United States?

No we do not due to the weight of the items shipping is cost prohibitive.
Can you engrave color ?

No. The laser engraver engraves a grey scale on a white background on tiles. It engraves a brown-ish color on wood because the engraver is burning the wood.
